Valleys quails are raised free-range in Portugal and fed a 100% vegetarian diet without any antibiotics or hormones. Each bird is certified halal and processed by hand humanely to ensure superior quality. Jumbo quail are exceptionally large in size with tender texture and incredible flavor. It is more flavorful than chicken and less gamey than duck. It is excellent roasted, fried, pan-seared, grilled, or braised.
